5.) Is the ride for all members of the family?
The 25-mile route is a relatively easy with a couple of grades but no big climbs. The 50-mile route has a few rollers, some areas with grade, and two challenging pulls on the inbound route. The 100-mile riders should be preparred to ride some rollers, a few pitches, a continual grade outbound from Leavenworth and one big, but short, pitch up and down near Plain. The weather can be warm and very likley dry; we've had riders underestimate the calories burned and the need for proper hydration ... please monitor your physical condition before, during and after the ride.
6.) Are maps of the route available?
Yes, click here.
7.) Can riders leave prior to the 7:00 AM starting time?
Yes, many riders do leave before the official start time. However, please be advised that those riders that choose to leave early may not have the pit stops open and available at the time they pass the stop. Our first pit stop is not scheduled to be open until 8:30 AM.
